• Order Form
• One (1) passport-size photo (b/w or color)
• Your current passport
• Copy of the first page of your passport
• One (1) completed Visa Application form.    FOR US and UK passport holders ONLY
  (if visiting Krasnodar or Stavropol regions please provide 2 visa applications and 2 photos)
• Company, cashiers check or money order made out to Russian Connections.

  (4% processing fee applies to all credit card purchases)
• Applicants born in the Soviet Union (Russia) - who emigrated before 1992 and lost their Russian citizenship must provide proof of the fact.(copy of Naturalization papers, copy of US entry visa)
  
• Applicants from former Soviet Republics must provide a copy of their valid or expired passport or other proof of their emigration from their country.
