• One (1) passport-size photo (b/w or color)
• Your current passport
• Copy of the first page of your passport
• One (1) completed Visa Application form.   
• Company, cashiers check or money order made out to Russian Connections.

• Please send a scanned copy of the first page of your passport to visas@gettorussia.com
• Recent HIV Test (Test result has to be less than 3 months old)
